Back our 3 point plan to support Welsh nurses.
1) A better pay rise for nurses. Plans by Welsh Labour to increase nurses pay by only 3% when inflation is currently at 4.2% means their plans are actually more like a pay cut than a pay rise. We are calling for a minimum rise of 6%.
2) We want to build on the legacy of former Welsh Liberal Democrat Leader Kirsty Williams by seeing the extension of safe staffing levels to community nursing and in-patient mental health wards.
3) Better mental health and wellbeing support being made available to all healthcare staff.
