If you would like to see changes made to any of these motions you can propose an amendment. We are also inviting you to submit Topical Motions, which are motions based on an event which has taken place since the start of September. Amendments should be sent to policy@welshlibdems.org.uk by 5pm on Wednesday 3rd October. Topical Motions are also to be submitted by 5pm on Wednesday 3rd October.

Any Party member can propose an amendment or topical motion but for it to be discussed at the Conference it will need the support of:

  • A Local Party,
  • 20 Party Members,
  • The Welsh Young Liberals, or
  • A relevant committee of the Welsh Liberal Democrats.
