Candidate for Neath
Frank Little came to South Wales with the Driver and Vehicle Licensing project and has remained ever since, bringing up a family in the process. He left the civil service to become a freelance IT consultant.
He is a founder-member of the Welsh Liberal Democrats. From 2008 to 2012, he served as councillor for Cadoxton on both Neath Port Talbot county borough and Blaenhonddan community councils.
Health and housing are clearly the major matters which the next Assembly will have to tackle urgently, but Frank is also concerned about public transport.
