Bob Kilmister has been the County Councillor for Dinas Cross Ward on Pembrokeshire County Council for the last nine years. He has just been re-elected having polled 78% of the vote. He has always sought to bring about substantial change to Pembrokeshire County Councils governance arrangements.
He would like to see massive improvements to our local infrastructure, in particular rural broadband and mobile signal notspots. We currently have an inferior service to many third world countries. He wants to see a huge improvement in affordable housing provision. Our rail and road infrastructure also requires massive improvement in particular dualing the A40.
He has a very strong track record fighting for his constituents and led the SAY NO to DYFED campaign during 2015/16 succesfully oragnising a petition to the Welsh Government.
He has also supported the Save Withybush Hospital Campaign and made a signicant speech on the steps of the Senedd last year.
Bob has been married to Nikki for 40 years and they have one grown up son They live on a smallholding near Llanychaer. He has a strong business background being a retired retail and distribution manager with J Sainsbury PLC.
